At AvonXtreme (AvonX), based in Rockford, we are more than just a business; we are an economic development powerhouse dedicated to restoring balance in our beloved city. This Program PROMISES Positive Development for ALL who Participate over the next 20 months. Our synergistic approach is designed to create opportunities that benefit the entire community by 2025.

Specifically, we're creating a Brick and Mortar Community Entertainment Venue, strategically located, that will involve a Strata of our current Sophomore participants, to shadow the Construction of this Venue. Parallel to that, the adults of this city that choose to volunteer their time in mentorship/coaching/advising up to three (3) students per week, are more like their Cheerleaders, spurring them on to learn all they can from such a great opportunity. 

So Our mission is crystal clear; to inspire and empower the Sophomore students of District 205, guiding them towards greater CONFIDENCE in their beginning Choices, watching to see if that develops into Reinforced COMPETENCY in their Actions, leading to them deciding that better GPAs would be a good thing to qualify for Business School Scholarships, and ultimately making better informed life choices that set them on a path to positive, and prolific success, as opposed to a life of control by others. 

By doing so, we believe we are providing the PROOF of Transformation that will elevate the status of the entire city, to the envy of many others. 

Our core services encompass getting our dynamic venue built, up and running, and generating revenue. We're not just creating a place for fun; we're actively connecting business professionals and involving parents, knitting the community together. This is the best way to address the changes we've envisioned and published, changes that have garnered positive responses from our dedicated subscribers. We believe that by working together, we can achieve what we collectively desire.

Looking ahead to Graduation 2025, we're providing springboards to success. Our seminars will not only share what we've achieved but also how we did it. We're ready to renegotiate with investors, with an eye on franchising this exceptional model.

But it doesn't stop there. Our vision extends beyond us; we aim to empower all those who desire a better class of community life. We offer the opportunity to duplicate our successful processes to achieve their own objectives.
